I got myself a refurb S2 Pro, and my teenager a refurb S2 Lite for my birthday fun.
The bot-reviews almost turned me off, but I’m so glad I went for it.
These scooters both exceeded my expectations in performance and build.
But let me tell you, the refurb S2 Pro is by far the winner in my family, I have to fight for it (and usually don’t win).
So what did I do? I went back and ordered a refurb MAX3 (the refurbished S2 Pro was sold out). Now we can all play.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were quick to respond to my questions about brake adjustments with multiple video tutorials. Exactly what I needed.
People are always asking about my scooter, and I do not hesitate to promote the Hiboy brand. Not paid, just proud.
The ONLY gripe (I don’t even want to call it a complaint) would be the latch to lock the stem in a carry position; it only stays in place when you’re carrying it (so you have to re-latch it every time you set it down). And sometimes the latch rattles over bumps and I can’t seem to tighten it down.
But I love it so much, how can I complain?
Genuinely a great product and company as far as I can tell.
Go for it, but hurry, you’ll kick yourself if you lose that deal.

I went to previous reviews, Of customer saying they received a great product in great Physical condition, And i'm here to say I received the same. Pretty Much new condition. If all that refurbished products are like this, then I would definitely recommend you purchasing a refurbished model.
