I don’t understand which order are you guys talking about
I purchased a Hiboy Light scooter and after a while it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they respond very quick. They guided me step by step to diagnose the problem and they found what was the issue. They sent me the part that was the issue and my scooter is now working properly. On top of that they were very friendly and willing to help. I will definetly buy there products with confidense in the future. Thank you Hiboy team!
The delivery was well however the product was experiencing issues right off the bat. First of all the scooter that I had sent back that I had originally owned went up to 19 miles an hour. This newest one only gets up to maybe 16. Also the battery life we're supposed to get at least 15 miles and it would die Before I even reach the 5 miles. When I depend on the scooter to get me to work and back it is extremely frustrating when something that cost this much has this many problems are supposed to be brand new. Therefore I would greatly appreciate being sent a scooter that met no requirements of the original scooter that I had owned before.
My son's friend broke his throttle. I emailed customer service and they quickly responded and pointed me to a site to pay for a new one and then shipped it to me with instructions on how to return. I am impressed with the responsiveness and assistance to fix the unit. Thank you!
Communication was great. Understanding they are in a different time zone helps with your patience and communication. Issue was resolved with great turnaround time. Would highly recommend. -•Samuel•-
