Battery/Motor life: I can say that the battery lasts for a very long time and stays true to its 45+ mile range. The motor gives you the power you need for the speed of 23 mph and the power for the hill inclines. I love how it has different modes to meet different needs in situations like walking the dog or needing to get somewhere quick. Has the perfect amount of power for wheelies in sport mode!
Durability: Now onto the section that I was personally scared for my needs for adrenaline. I can say this right now, this scooter is even more durable than you think! I have a huge background in mountain biking and motorcycles and this thing can take a nasty beating! I ran this thing through snow,mud,water,big jumps over and over, wheelies, it can take everything you throw at it! The motor and the specs on this scooter are very reliable and come with a long lasting life. I ran into a small problem with a bolt coming loose from the factory making the rear swing arm sag. But i decided to reach out to [****] and they just asked me to confirm a couple of things and just like that i was sent a new scooter back to me!
This company has had a LOT of development over the last years making them truly an AMAZING scooter company to work with!

Purchased a refurbished escooter and I was under the impression the LED panel was defective. I contacted Hiboy and they explained this is how the panel is designed (2 red bars and 3 green). They kept in touch with me after my initial review and made sure i was satisfied. They even sent me 2 free bar locks for my troubles. I have purchased 2 scooters from Hiboy and plan on purchasing another.
Just got it this week. I upgraded from an entry level scooter with solid tires for commuting. This was a little over double the money but is well worth the extra money in terms of power and safety. After riding this scooter I would never go back to an entry level scooter again. If you like your life don't cheap out.
It doesn't go as fast as stated. Otherwise not bad little pricey

19mph may not seem like a lot of speed. But when you're on a scooter it's surprisingly fast!
I chose the KS4 over the S2 Pro because of the heads-up display. It's bigger and looks like it gives you more information. Battery, drive mode, lights, mph, etc...
I only use it to take out the trash since the dumpster is so far away from my apartment. But it works great and it's a blast to ride!
After much research I chose the Hiboy X300. I was looking for build quality at a fair price and I believe this scooter meets this criteria. Now to be honest, I’ve only had it for a couple weeks but I have already put over 100 miles on it and it has far exceeded my expectations! I LOVE IT!
Customer service suggested that my non-working scooter problem was the battery. I was skeptical but sure enough. Ordered and installed this and it's like new again!

My daughter loves her Hiboy scooter. It's fast, easy to drive and fun to ride. They also have great customer service.
Bought it mostly because a friend had one and was impressed with the performance and quality. I'll use it mostly for running errands and sight seeing down by the lake in Chicago.
My boys love their S2 scooters. They’re dependable, have a great locking system.
If you’re shopping around for an e-bike in the $1,500 range I would highly suggest getting the Hiboy p7 and saving yourself $600. It’s every single bit as good as the bikes in those price ranges. I’ve got just under 2k miles on my P7 and everything is still great. What small issues I’ve had (every e-bike is going to have them) were resolved immediately by their support team. My previous bike was a Rad rover and I considered getting another because I knew how well they honored their warranty, but I decided to take the risk and get the Hiboy instead. I’m glad I did because they have gone above and beyond.

No judgments against other companies, but around Christmas I bought my kids some namebrand scooters that were really cheap. Within a few weeks, the plastic gearing inside the wheel had broken. We decided to take the money and put it towards two S2 Sar scooters and couldn’t be happier. The kids love them, and I as a 190lb adult can ride these as well.
Money well spent!
Came basically looking like new, everything worked. Hopefully it’ll last a long time!
