I never received a throttle.
So far so good. I have emailed and got a response back fairly quickly. I hope the customer service remains good. Although I do think the brakes could be better on the bike.

This is the best scooter in its price range. The app works good. It has the best climbing abilities in the Sport mode. The ride is excellent due to tires and dual suspension. Scooter handles and balances well. With the seat attachment, I take it into stores. Scooter is very quiet.
Scooter arrived at a reasonable time frame, quality is as expected and my granddaughter is using it every day moving from class to class on Campus.
I got the wrong charger 😒 don't work on my scooter.
S2Pro replacement controller is working flawlessly and yes it has an extra connection wiring as others have mentioned on their remarks on their replacement controllers as well. But my controller is working flawlessly without the extra white wire connected to anything just an others comments on here mentioned. So do not worry about this white wire not being connected if you run into this issue a well…as you will be completely fine I’m sure after my application and reading others in the same predicament as I was needing a replacement controller only because my scooter was stolen and luckily I found my scooter except my scooter was stripped of many parts making it needing new replacement parts for many of its parts and its controller was one of the needed parts and my scooter is up and on the road just as it was brand new! Thank You Highboy once again!
