Question: When charging the scooter, is it supposed indicate it is doing so? It doesn't seem to be charging when I plug mine in.
Answer: The indicator light is on the charger unit only. There is a red/green indicator light on the charger not on the scooter.

Question: What is the warranty?
Answer: For most of the parts, it is 12-month warranty. For some components like the motor and battery, it is 6-month warranty.

Question: Does this have overcharge protection?
Answer: Charger is automatic - led turns green when charged. Normally it comes with:

Answer: The waterproof level of the Titan electric scooter is IP54. You can ride on the damp road but we don't recommend you use it on rainy days or in standing water puddles.

Answer: No, Titan doesn't have an app and can't be compatible with S2 or MAX app.

Question: Does anyone make a scooter with a max load of 300 lbs?
Answer: The Titan electric scooter can support up to 286 lbs. The scooter can support a person weights over 300 lbs, however, it may affect the speed and range.

Question: Any key or app to lock the scooter?
Answer: The TITAN electric scooter doesn't have a key or app. It has a power button to turn on/off the scooter.

Question: Is the scooter noisy or quiet when you ride it?
Answer: The Hiboy Titan electric scooter has a normal motor sound when you ride it.

At first I was skeptical, but after riding it and breaking it in i’m really happy with my purchase. It is definitely not a beginners scooter. I’ve went over the handlebars going 25 and let me tell you it’s not fun. But I was riding it the next day. I would not recommend the scooter for anyone taller than 6 foot. Also the grips Are not the best. Knowing what I know now after buying it I would still buy it again.

Enjoying the ride

I'm really enjoying the scooter. Took it up to a cabin on the lake and it was great for getting around.

Good but not great

It's sturdy which is good, but also heavy. That's unsurprising to anyone who researched the specs but nonetheless you feel the weight when you're using it if you've used any scooter that's lighter than this previously. It gets a good top speed of 41.7 km/h, and I'm now comfortable in that speed but unfortunately my unit comes with a wobbly front wheel. That means when you reach the maximum speed the wobble effect compounds and gets quite unsafe, So I always need to slow down a bit to make sure the handlebars don't wobble side to side too much. My first full day of using the unit got nowhere near the advertised distance of 28 mi. My unit ran dry at 19 mi. That's only 67% of the stated range. Unfortunately I trusted in the stated range which meant the mathematics on where I could scoot came up short and I had to push my scooter 4 mi home. But hey at least I got my steps in today.

Joseph, I read your review and watched your video on your Titan scooter issue. The reason your throttle is not responsive is because you have it in gear 0 (Neutral). There are + and - buttons above the power button. When you power your scooter on, hit + to change the gears. 1 is eco, 2 is standard, 3 is turbo (the best). Good luck!

Received my Hiboy Titan scooter on time. Scooter is everything it said to be. Very fast,comfortable, and very terrain. Only issue is wish that when folded down that steering could be locked in, and steering could be adjusted for height. All in all it is a great scooter.
