Easy to operate, very solid, reaches speed of 19 mph (165 lb operator on level roadway), and it rides well. Definitely worth the $279 I paid for it. I mainly bought it to use in Key West (4.2 square mile island). Its not too well suited for my hilly home terrain of N. GA though, it struggles to get up to 10 mph on most of the hills and wont make it up the ones greater than a 15% grade, but that was expected from reading the product specs before I purchased it. The hilly terrain thus reduces the battery range and speed as expected. However, I did not purchase it for frequent use at home. It's works great for where I primarily use it, and has plenty of range (about 17 miles) and speed. I highly recommend this scooter if you're primarily going to be using it on relatively flat terrain.
They are very nice e bicks haven't had time to ride yet some family problems soon as we can I will leave a review on the website.

Needed a back up old crank had cross threads made it work but needed back up

Although this model doesn't have the power to climb hills, it's pretty reliable. Follow instructions for charging and you should be fine.
The chain ring is a little bit Flimsy already bent it

I had thought about getting an e scooter to travel around town for quite awhile, after shopping around and looking at different brands, I wanted to find the best all around scooter that was going to fit my budget of under 700$. The Hiboy max pro checked off the most boxes. Not only is it a great scooter from a visual standpoint, it’s comfortable, easy to use and plenty fast. Having lights all around the scooter makes me feel a lot safer when traveling at night and you don’t generally see a fully lit fully suspended scooter in this price range especially that’s as sturdily built. I did notice something a little funky with the battery life after a few rides and had mentioned my concerns to the support team who promptly sent me a new battery to replace it! Replacement doesn’t take that much time, I would say if you can build a computer you could fairly easily repair a scooter. Over all I’m very pleased with my scooter and the support team at Hiboy and look forward to putting more and more miles on!
Ordered 2 bikes. One was damaged during transit, but customer service was good to work with and they fully refunded me the price of the broken bike. The other bike arrived in great condition and has worked exactly as advertised!
