I had a Gotrax scooter. It wasn’t a bad scooter, but after upgrading to a Hiboy the difference is huge. It’s durable, rugged, and just looks really sleek. And I love this model because of the detachable battery. I’m saving up to eventually buy a couple more extra batteries so I can take it on rides for up to 60 miles. Great scooter for a great price. Very pleased!
FedEx was the issue, not hiboy. Delhia with hiboy customer support was more than helpful. She had another motor sent by another carrier.
The motor wound up not being the problem. She asked me to send a video of the issue I was having and sent the parts I needed. It was my throttle and controller.

My daughter loves riding her electric bike and it helps her with getting use to a throttle and balancing the bike in preparation for a bigger bike.
Customer Service reached out after we received the wrong color bike and I feel they made the situation right. Overall great experience with the customer support team and the bike- our son rides it everyday and it works perfectly!
We ordered three things and the most important thing was missing the battery.

Bike was easy to assemble. Nice and understanding company to work with. My 13 year old wanted the scooter but I felt it was dangerous so we decided on this bike and he loves it. I feel he is safer and it's easy to control.
I had an issue and the tech support was just terrible. Not only were they they incredibly slow in their response, they couldn’t solve the issue. They had no clue. Called a local service place and we resolved it in less than a a minute. I like the product, but the company support is a joke

This is my 2nd hiboy e scooter. I've had the S2 pro, and now the S2 SE. These scooters take the daily punishment of going to my job and going shopping all through the Orlando Florida roads streets and sidewalks. Great battery life great breaking and plenty of speed and power. And they are reasonably priced. I'm glad I bought my 2nd.
Bought it for my 6 year old son and he loves it! My older two do as well! Glad I made the purchase!
The customer service is wonderful I did have a few problems and they help every time!
Sturdy build, I have had two models so far (X300 and Max Pro) and both have held up to some very rough road conditions. The customer service is very quick and understanding.
Other than having to tighten the seat bolts a couple of times , thing rides like a dream
