I was repairing a customer’s scooter after the controls were severely damaged and contacted Hiboy for assistance in getting the correct part. They had absolutely great customer service and ensured I got the correct parts for that model scooter and their shipping was super fast. This was a perfect customer service interaction. The handlebar kit was a perfect fit and installed without issue. The price was extremely fair considering it was the entire handlebar assembly to include controls.

Easy Fix

The handlebar on our S2 scooter broke. The replacement was pretty easy (once you find the video instructions https://www.hiboy.com/pages/repair-instructions). Works great.

Outstanding customer service and support

Granddaughter's S2 Pro was having some issues with different error codes. I contacted the Hiboy website where I was given troubleshooting gidence. After discussing these issues with the Hiboy technical support they suggested replacing the handlebar assembly. Very easy DIY replacement. Granddaughter has been cruising our street with no other issues. Great team!
