Bike was easy to assemble. Nice and understanding company to work with. My 13 year old wanted the scooter but I felt it was dangerous so we decided on this bike and he loves it. I feel he is safer and it's easy to control.
I had an issue and the tech support was just terrible. Not only were they they incredibly slow in their response, they couldn’t solve the issue. They had no clue. Called a local service place and we resolved it in less than a a minute. I like the product, but the company support is a joke

Bought it for my 6 year old son and he loves it! My older two do as well! Glad I made the purchase!
This is my 2nd hiboy e scooter. I've had the S2 pro, and now the S2 SE. These scooters take the daily punishment of going to my job and going shopping all through the Orlando Florida roads streets and sidewalks. Great battery life great breaking and plenty of speed and power. And they are reasonably priced. I'm glad I bought my 2nd.
Other than having to tighten the seat bolts a couple of times , thing rides like a dream

Nice looking. Easy to put together. Rides nice and smooth. Battery still fully charged after riding 18 miles. Good price. No problems at all.
We bought our two boys S2 scooters for Christmas. In just the first few days, there was an incident that damaged the brake rotor on one of the scooters rendering it unrideable. This was not due to a defect, but Hiboy was willing to send a replacement part at no charge. It took a couple of weeks (shipped from overseas), but thanks to excellent customer service, I was able to get the scooter back on the road. Communication was great and we are happy to recommend Hiboy and the S2!

Since I started riding the E Buke ex6. I find it very helpful and way better to commute.
Great scooter my 10 year old loves it. The adult scooters are a little big and this scooter fits great and looks like the full size scooters. The under lights are a great added touch at night.

I’ve been using the Hiboy S2 SE for a while now, and it’s been a fantastic experience overall. The scooter is reliable and offers great performance for the price. What impressed me the most, though, was their excellent customer support. I had an issue with my scooter’s display and battery, and their team was incredibly helpful. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and resolved my issue without any hassle. It’s rare to find such good customer service these days. Highly recommend both the product and the company.
My son is the owner of this magnificent machine and he loves it.
The simple maintenance tasks and user-friendly instructions have made it convenient for me to keep this scooter in top condition without much hassle.

Easy to operate, very solid, reaches speed of 19 mph (165 lb operator on level roadway), and it rides well. Definitely worth the $279 I paid for it. I mainly bought it to use in Key West (4.2 square mile island). Its not too well suited for my hilly home terrain of N. GA though, it struggles to get up to 10 mph on most of the hills and wont make it up the ones greater than a 15% grade, but that was expected from reading the product specs before I purchased it. The hilly terrain thus reduces the battery range and speed as expected. However, I did not purchase it for frequent use at home. It's works great for where I primarily use it, and has plenty of range (about 17 miles) and speed. I highly recommend this scooter if you're primarily going to be using it on relatively flat terrain.
They are very nice e bicks haven't had time to ride yet some family problems soon as we can I will leave a review on the website.
Highly recommended for parents with children, this scooter is cost effective and fun!
