I talked with your customer service department about being able to connect to the S2 scooter... Unless I had a serial number they told me they could not help. I bought a new dashboard and installed it because they would not send me one. Still cannot connect to it. I dont care about the cost it was a great price. But nothing changed. I just wanted to let my children have a great time on it. I wanted to buy my other 3 kiddos the same one. But I will be going to another company that has better customer service and hopefully a scooter that does what it says it does....
