Pls use the throttle to make the bike go forward, when you press the throttle the motor generates power to drive it, when you don't press the throttle the motor doesn't work. If your bike is out of battery you can pedal to make the bike go forward.

Nice product

I ordered 2 refurbished bikes and the first bike I put together was brand new as far as I could tell, the second bike show 43 miles on the odometer which was no big deal. However the bike was mud splattered and the chain sprocket was bent. I took it off and fixed that. I would have thought they would have gone over the refurbished bike before selling out on the market again. I understand there would be scratches but mechanically you would figure they wanted it sound.
