I'm rather upset with the company right now. I purchased the scooter over 1 year ago and after storing it in my shed through winter, the display on the Dashboard doesn't work but the scooter does. I contacted customer service and was informed my scooter is past the 1yr warranty. I except that, but then to try and charge me for 2 separate parts at over $160 is not cool. The parts are made in China and I supported your company, so how about a break? Not cool with this type of service or business. The staff was quick to get back to me and the scooter is very nice, but if there is a issue and the scooter has not been abused, give the customer a break on the made in China part! I only purchases the display that isn't working for $80 amd they were suggesting a superstar part for another $80. If the single part doesn't work, ill scrap the scooter and leave Many more reviews elsewhere so no one else has the get stuck in the pocket book.
