The correct App for S2, S2R, and S2 Pro is "Hiboy S2", and the password is "888888", and you can long-press the electronic brake and power button at the same time for 5 seconds to reset the password to "888888".

The app is "Hiboy S2", you can download Hiboy S2 from Apple Store or Google Play.

We are sorry that we do not have seat for our S2R Plus.

Please note that the scooter has an IPX4 waterproof rating. We do not recommend using it in rainy, snowy, or icy weather conditions.

Prior to shipping, there's a processing time of 1-2 days. Once shipped, delivery is estimated to take 3-5 business days.

The Hiboy S2R Plus electric scooter includes the scooter itself, charger, hex key, user manual, and screws.

Please be aware that our scooter has different speed modes, which you can switch between by double-clicking the power button. However, note that only the Sport mode supports the maximum speed of 19 mph.
