Yes. The MAX PRO's frame is very sturdy and durable, and riding on it is very smooth. It will be fine for 265 lbs.

Please note our scooter is set with a kick-off start function considering safety factors, which means you need to stand on the scooter, kick it off to reach a certain minimum speed of 3.1mph, then when you press down the throttle, the scooter will accelerate further, you can check about this kick-off starts operation description in the user manual, too.
Via the App, you can turn on/off the lights, set the max speed, turn on/off cruise control or Zero starts (Kick-off start) function, change the speed unit, modify the scooter name, checking the scooter status, for example, speed,riding distance, battery capacity etc.
Please make sure you have double-clicked the power button to set the speed mode to Sport mode.Sport mode (max speed 22 mph), and Dindicates Drive mode (max speed 16 mph), ECO for Energy saving mode (max speed 11 mph).After setting the speed mode to S mode and the speed still can't reach 22 mph, then please check if you have modified the max speed on the App by accident.ln addition, the battery status, rider weight, and road situation will also influence the max speed, with enough battery, within 265 lbs weight, and ride on a flat road can reach 22 mph speed easily.
Please note the max distance is measured when it is no wind and at 77°F, the scooter's fully charged to ride at an even speed of 11.4 mph(18.4 km/h)on a surface with a load of 165 pounds〔75 kg). The real battery life varies with different factors of the load, humidity, wind speed, and operation habits…etc.
Please make sure the scooter is stored in a dry&cool place, do not put it outdoors for a long time, and if the scooter is expected to be left idle for more than 30 days, please fully charge the battery, keep in mind to recharge it every 60 days to protect the battery from potential damage which is beyond limited warranty.

I have used this Hiboy Max Pro Scooter from day one and this scooter has the needed battery power and speed to allow me to travel around town without any issues. I had questioned the battery display as it is designed to show 2 red bars and 3 green bars when fully charged because I was expecting to see all 5 bars green when fully charged. Max Pro has the need speed for me to travel around town without issue. Brakes works well without issue. I really like the lights for safety when riding. Rear brake lights work well when braking. Front lights work well along with the side lights for good visibility at dusk. Max Pro is easy to fold for when it becomes necessary to fold and carry scooter. I would recommend this product as it works well as designed.
A 500-watt faEverything I could want for a city scooter. 46 mile range is excellent. Taken it out twice now to different parts of the city and still yet to come back with less than 90% battery left 😅 if you can get it around the 700 dollar mark in the sales is great value for money and will pay for itself if I just use it for 30 round trips instead of using Uber. No flat tyres yet but if I do get one day the improved wheel system to make it easier to change looks promising Vs older models!
t tire ebike with a step-through frame, the Hiboy EX6 is a surprisingly good option for the price.
Bought for son that can’t drive. He loves it. Doesn’t have to walk everywhere. He says it is the greatest wheels for him. He can zip around town now.
