Oh what fun it is to ride

My husband and I got one each. So much fun and easy to ride. I say this because I am 5'3" and the bike is a bit too tall for me but I have no problems with riding.
One mud guard was dented in the box but rather than go through the hassle of returning my husband fixed it himself.
FYI... I've been able to get it to 29mph with my little legs peddling hard. :D

Fat Guy on Fat Tire

I love my EX7 bike. I have taken it to work and back on the roads 2.5 miles each way up and down hills... but also took it up to the mtns with my girlfriend... she tried it and was skeptical as she was getting on it. She felt it was cheating... when she got back from her first ride of the bike, she had the largest grin on her face from the bike. She wants one now and so we are looking at getting her one as well. I had a fender that was dented from shipping and I did have a reason to contact support. I got to email exchange Chleo from support who was amazing to deal with. We have resolved a promotional product that was out of stock and have the fender on order to replace. Support in general was easy to contact and work with. My HiBoy experience in general is 5 out of 5. My bike is 5 out of 5 on all aspects!! build quality, excitement and fun.. ease of putting together!! I love it. I would and do tell anyone who asks about the bike how much of a great purchase it was and how much I love it!! thank you HiBoy for a great bike and great experience
