The scooter was like new except bluetooth was not working so I contacted the support team they send me a new dashboard and new handle bar immediately, thanks for the help and I’ll buy in the future again

Sold my SUV because I work and live in town. Purchased this to get around and get exercise. So far I’m happy with the purchase. I charge it from the solar in my shed so it’s been cheap to operate.
One shipment says it’s gonna be here on a certain day in the other shipment changes and it keeps changing so let’s see how it changes
I wouldn’t know I’m still waiting for my freaking battery should’ve been sent with the bike but now I’m having to wait, which is uncalled for her just said you’re gonna send it to six business days and then you say it’s gonna be the end of this month, then you said it’s gonna be in January which is not gonna happen. I want it before the end of this month or I want two batteries in January they’re supposed to be a Christmas present for my son now he has to wait for his present. That’s unfair to him because you guys made a mistake.

Straight out of the box, this scooter is VERY impressive. It's an adult scooter, and it's built solid. It's also very heavy, or I'm just weak.
Assembly..quick. Just add screws and tighten. I didn't bother to check the battery, I just went right ahead and charged it.
The app..easy to navigate. It shows a map in the background. I'm wondering does it or can it track my travels.
First ride... Because I was working my way around the app, I toggled cruise control and let it in by accident. So seeing it on the scooters display...what is that? ...I went to the app and toggled it off.
All 3 speeds were tested. In my opinion... You don't need the first 2. Start and Sport level and then take it up 2 more notches. Starting in Sport Mode, just letting off the acceleration, it feels like I'm downshifting. I like that.
Inclines... This is where I'm disappointed. Nothing!! About your average car length..it just gives up. I read the manual from front to back...but it just gives up and comes to a complete stop. I know what the issue is though.
I stepped up my Scooter Game. I was riding a scooter who's company begins with the letter U. They have a Dual motor scooter. The Max Pro NEEDS Dual motors.
Overall, I still like it.
Ordered on 12/3. Was told several times over the past 3 weeks that FedEx had the bike. FedEx never had the bike and I was continually lied to. Then I asked if I would have it by Christmas I was told they could ship a black bike instead but couldn't promise it by Christmas. This was going to be a gift. Hopefully you can understand that I'm pissed. Oh yea. I have cancelled my order.

The 2-S2 Pro Electric Scooters that I purchased are Christmas gifts for my two grandsons. So I really can't comment on the commuting aspect of the scooter. But I'm sure that my grandsons are going to love them. Merry Christmas🎄
Really great value for the specs on this scooter. I've bought 2 scooters in the past 3 years!
We took our new electric scooters to Newport Beach, CA and my two daughters enjoyed every minute on their new scooters. Our excursion to Balboa Island, the Wedge and back to Newport Dunes lasted over three hours and amazingly, we still had plenty of battery life. My girls had an absolute blast!!
I received the scooter never received the phone holder. They said they were sending another one still no word that it was shipped.
