Bike was an excellent gift. My wife loves it and I will be getting one for myself.
Bought the extra battery for my x300 scooter and it works great - now I can charge both and switch them out as needed - I live the scooter and the batteries - the batteries have long life which is really great too.

The scooter was like new except bluetooth was not working so I contacted the support team they send me a new dashboard and new handle bar immediately, thanks for the help and I’ll buy in the future again

I wouldn’t know I’m still waiting for my freaking battery should’ve been sent with the bike but now I’m having to wait, which is uncalled for her just said you’re gonna send it to six business days and then you say it’s gonna be the end of this month, then you said it’s gonna be in January which is not gonna happen. I want it before the end of this month or I want two batteries in January they’re supposed to be a Christmas present for my son now he has to wait for his present. That’s unfair to him because you guys made a mistake.
